ECLIPSALL AND TIGO ENERGY® ANNOUNCE SUPPLY AGREEMENT
Tigo Energy Maximizer™ Solution to Be Incorporated into Eclipsall PV Modules
TORONTO, Ontario and LOS GATOS, Calif., Dec 2, 2011 — Eclipsall announced today that the company has entered into an agreement with Tigo Energy® for ongoing supply of Tigo Energy’s Maximizer™ solution. Eclipsall will incorporate Tigo Energy’s module-level technology into its high performance 60 and 72 cell photovoltaic (PV) modules that Eclipsall manufactures at its plant in Toronto, Canada.
Tigo Energy, is the market leader in Smart Module technology for PV solar installations. The Maximizer solution increases PV solar panel energy production up to 20 percent and presents new levels of intelligence, active manageability and enhanced safety.
Specifically, the Maximizer solution enables owners of PV projects of any size (residential, commercial or utility scale) to increase power production by reducing the effects of shade, dust, clouds and uneven temperature on system performance. The technology also delivers accurate data and analysis (at the module level) to keep long-term system operations at peak performance while enhancing safety of rooftop PV systems. By deploying the Eclipsall Smart Module enabled by Tigo Energy, system owners will enjoy more power generation while slashing operations and maintenance budgets.

Both Tigo Energy and Eclipsall exhibited the first SmartModule for the Ontario market at the 2011 CanSIA sponsored Solar Canada Conference & Exhibition held December 5-6th, in Toronto.
